PTM UK Establishes Manchester Unit to Advance Advocacy and Grassroots Mobilisation
On April 2, 2025, the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement United Kingdom (PTM UK) officially announced the formation of its Manchester unit, following a planning meeting held earlier in February. This new unit is expected to play a key role in expanding PTM’s presence in the city, increasing awareness of its mission, and mobilising support for its objectives. With a dedicated local committee now in place, PTM Manchester will contribute to the broader movement's efforts to advocate for justice, human rights, and the protection of Pashtun communities.

PTM UK Announces the Formation of Manchester Unit to Advance Movement Objectives
On 17 February 2025, the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement United Kingdom (PTM UK) convened a meeting in Manchester to discuss the establishment of a PTM unit in the city.
On 2 April 2025, PTM UK officially announced the formation of PTM Manchester. This new unit is expected to play a vital role in expanding the movement’s presence within the city, raising public awareness, and mobilising support for PTM’s mission and objectives.
